This Four Day Intensive explores mindfulness from a Christian Perspective and includes teaching, video clips, small group discussion, guided meditations and time for personal prayer and journaling. There will be a variety of self awareness and God awareness meditations throughout the instensive. You are encouraged to go on and complete the daily meditation schedule in the following 7 week period after the intensive. This is an important part of how effective the course will be to help you develop a regular daily practice.
